Terms of use
These terms cover your use of letitridepoker.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”). They are written to be read, so they are short. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who may use the site
You must be 18 or older. The site is intended for adults in the United Kingdom. If you are under 18, please leave the site now.
2. What the site is
Let It Ride Poker is a free social casino: casino-style games played purely for entertainment and practice. It does not offer gambling. You cannot stake, win or lose real money, and success on the site does not mean you would have the same results at real-money gambling.
3. Virtual coins
- Coins are a game score and nothing more. They have no monetary value and are not money, electronic money or cryptocurrency.
- Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, goods, services or prizes of any kind.
- You receive 1,000 coins when you choose a nickname, an optional 500-coin top-up every 24 hours, and an automatic refill when your balance is too low to play.
- Coins are stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data, changing device or signing out removes them, and we cannot restore them.
- We may change coin amounts, top-ups or game settings at any time.
4. Nicknames
Nicknames stay in your own browser and are not shown to anyone else. Even so, please do not use your full real name or anything offensive.
5. Fair use
Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, copy it wholesale or use it for anything unlawful. Changing your stored balance with developer tools is pointless, since coins have no value, but it may stop the games working properly.
6. Games and accuracy
Results come from your browser's cryptographic random number generator. We have checked the game logic and published odds carefully, but the site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
7. No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any casino, gambling operator or the owners of the Let It Ride table game. Names of games are used only to describe the rules being taught.
8. Links to other sites
We link to support organisations such as GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
9. Liability
Because the site is free and nothing on it has monetary value, our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may also have the protection of the law where you live in the UK.
